1. Business Ownership & Growth Management
Take end-to-end responsibility for the P&L of Q-Commerce platforms, ensuring achievement of revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.Design and implement platform-specific growth strategies aligned with overall business goals.Establish and nurture strong partnerships with platform category teams and key stakeholders to drive business expansion.2. Assortment Strategy & Catalogue Management
