  • Provide customers with high-quality customer hotline services and answer inquiries through telephone and digital channels
  • Complete daily work professionally according to pre-set work processes
  • Record and follow up on customer inquiries
  • Actively learn and master the latest product and service knowledge to provide customers with the best solutions

Requirements

Job Requirements
 

  • HKCEE/ HKDSE or above
  • Good written and spoken skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Strong with customer services skills, telephone manner and communication skills
  • At least 1 year customer service / contact centre experience
