Kearney, ME Client Finance Coordinator

As a Client Finance Coordinator within Kearney’s Dubai office, you will play a vital role in supporting the Client Finance team with the day‑to‑day financial processes that underpin project delivery and reporting. Reporting to the Client Finance Manager and guided by a Senior Analyst , you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial data, supporting pipeline and reporting cycles, and assisting with billing, reconciliations, and cash management. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive to support across a variety of finance and operation tasks.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Staffing, HR, Legal, and Office Management, and work closely with finance colleagues across Dubai, South Africa, and Turkey.
