Key Account Manager (ShopeeFood) - Ipoh, Perak

Job Description

• Manage and grow assigned merchant accounts by tracking performance and encouraging participation in ShopeeFood campaigns and promotions.
• Achieve monthly KPI targets through co-funded campaigns and promotional initiatives, with commission incentives tied to performance.
• Work closely with merchants to address their sales and operational challenges.
• Identify and develop high-potential merchants within the assigned area and convert them to ShopeeFood merchants.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and a positive merchant experience.
• Monitor and report competitor activities and market trends within the assigned areas.
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Based in Ipoh, Perak.
• 0-2 years of experience in business development, relationship/account management or sales (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
