Key Account Manager

The Hybrid Key Account Manager is responsible for driving new‑logo acquisition while managing and growing a defined portfolio of key accounts. The role combines outbound new‑business development with long‑term account ownership, delivering sustainable revenue growth through acquisition, expansion, renewal and churn reduction.

The role engages senior stakeholders across procurement, supply chain, category management, cost engineering, sustainability and operations, supporting customers through raw‑material cost volatility, supply‑chain risk, regulatory pressure and sustainability commitments.
