About the job Key Account Sales (1 in SEA, 1 in North America)
Responsibilities
- Set sales targets, analyse sales data, and formulate sales plans;
- Proactively identify customer needs, build distribution channels, develop new clientele, devise sales strategies, and achieve sales objectives;
- Develop, maintain, manage, and provide customer service for key accounts and industry-standard clients;
- Monitor progress in target client development, review reasons for missed targets, coordinate resolution of customer complaints, and conduct satisfaction surveys;
- Manage client relationships and long-term strategic cooperation plans;
Qualifications
- College degree or higher; English proficiency as a working language (mandatory); minimum 5 years' sales experience in automation equipment. Extensive knowledge and networking within automation, bespoke equipment, and market dynamics;
