They are looking for a proactive and client-focused Key Accounts Manager to manage and retain their existing client base. This role is focused on retention and relationship management, ensuring clients receive exceptional service while identifying opportunities to expand their usage of our clients solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact for key clients and play a critical role in reducing churn and increasing lifetime value.
