Kitchen Helper

We are seeking a Kitchen Helper to support our culinary team by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. If you are responsible and have basic food preparation knowledge, we would like to meet you. Key responsibilities: Assist chefs with basic prep work, including washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables. Operate the industrial dishwasher and hand-wash larger pots/pans. Ensure all cutlery, crokery, and cooking utensils are sanitized and stored correctly. Maintain a clean workspace by regularly wiping down counters, sweeping and mopping floors, and clearing trash bins. Assist in receiving deliveries, checking for freshness, and organizing the walk-in-chiller/freezer using the FIFO (First-In-First-Out) method. Adhere to all SFA food safety and workplace safety regulations to prevent cross-contamination or accidents. Job Requirements.
