We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Kitchen Manager to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong chef who is ready to take responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of a busy catering kitchen while remaining actively involved in food preparation, service delivery and the development of the business.
The Role
Managing the daily operation of the kitchen, leading and motivating the kitchen team, cooking and preparing high-quality fresh food.
You will be responsible for maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards (we use Food Alert), stock control, rota, ordering and supplier management, and assisting with menu planning and event preparation.
