Job Description
- Operations & Production Control: Manage daily mass food production, ensuring strict adherence to standardized recipes, yield specifications, and portion control.
- Logistics & Distribution: Coordinate the packing, temperature control, and dispatch of prepared meals to various satellite locations, cafes, or retail points.
- Inventory & Cost Management: Oversee the bulk purchasing of ingredients, manage stock rotation, minimize food waste, and conduct regular cost reports to maintain profitability.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce compliance with local health codes, food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Staff Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate kitchen staff and assembly line workers to maintain high efficiency and morale.
