• Minimum of two years of restaurant experience Management and/or hospitality experience a plus Experience in managing COGS, inventory levels, ordering and scheduling within a budget ServSafe certified or able to complete certification Responsibilities: Primary responsibility for all Kitchen sanitation and operations by following county health standards and the company’s Kitchen processes.
