The Kitchen Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen to ensure efficient food production and exceptional quality standards. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of kitchen activities, including supervising staff, maintaining food safety protocols, and controlling food costs to maximize profitability. The Kitchen Manager collaborates closely with the executive chef and other team members to develop and implement menu plans that meet customer expectations and align with business goals.
