Scope and general purpose
Ensure the kitchen and associated areas are cleaned to the Torridon standards, including all floors, walls, equipment and preparation areas.
Main Responsibilities
- Report any faults, breakages, or sub-standard equipment to the sous chef.
- Ensure all crockery, cutlery, and equipment are ready for service.
- Coordinate the washing of all restaurant crockery and cutlery.
- Communicate effectively with the Kitchen team and other departments.
- Talk to guests effectively about the resort and what is on offer with a genuine sense of interest.
- Clean all back corridors to ensure clean entry to the kitchen.
