Kitchen Porter - Fully Flexible

Lyrath Estate Hotel a 5 star luxurious property nestled on the outskirts of Kilkenny City is currently recruiting for a kitchen porter to join our team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the culinary team to maintain HACCP standards.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchens at all times.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine, hand wash stations and pot-scrubbing station
• Wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
• To have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all standards of performance and delivery within the Kitchen department.
