Kitchen Porter

The Kitchen Porter is responsible for maintaining the highest standard of cleaning, sanitation and cost of operations consistent within the Food and Beverage goals and objectives.

• Performs duties in line with departmental Standard Operating Procedures and complies with all Back of House and relevant hotel policies and procedures.
• Ensure all team members follow the company’s code of conduct this includes the following company policies 
• Complies with and applies all Human Resource procedures and policies in the Management of team members
• Ensures that all Goodwood SOP’s are adhered to at all times 
• Welcoming new members to the team, both agency and those directly employed by the Royal Garden Hotel.
• Ensures breakage of china, glassware and silverware is kept to a minimum.
