Job Description

Responsibilities: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including meal planning, food preparation, and service. Ensure all food is prepared, stored, and served in strict compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (FSSAI, local health codes). Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, including cooks, helpers, and assistants, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to protocols. Monitor inventory levels, manage procurement of ingredients, and minimize food waste through effective planning. Develop and implement balanced, age-appropriate meal plans that meet nutritional guidelines for children.
