Responsibilities
Responsible for managing end-to-end import/export operations, ensuring full compliance with customs regulations, and overseeing logistics activities to optimize cost, efficiency, and service quality. Acts as the subject matter expert for customs clearance, trade compliance, and transportation management.
Import/Export Declaration
- Understand product knowledge and work closely with brokers to complete customs clearance procedures and handle daily operational issues.
- Execute and oversee daily import/export activities for raw materials, finished goods, machinery, and spare parts.
- Prepare and review customs declarations, shipping documents, and trade compliance paperwork.
- Track and monitor customs clearance status, proactively resolving abnormal cases and delays to ensure compliance with LMW license requirements and global trade regulations.
