- Make a bridge to facilitate offshore development projects.
- Propose and execute business measures based on KPI.
- Review and refine measures through scrum events.
- Explanation of development policies and specifications to engineers.
- Help with taking communication between Vietnamese engineers and Japanese engineers.

- BSEの指導育成経験あり
- 本側のPMのサポートなしでプロジェクト管理できる
- BSEの本側とのコミュニケーション指導経験あり
Requirements :
- Age: 25 -38

- Experience in working with software developers Team
- From 2 years of experience as BrSE/PM or at least 4 years of exp as IT Comtor
- English skill : Basic ~ Pre-intermediate
- Preferable:
- Experience in being Project Manager
- Experienced in team building
