Job Description
Mô tả công việc: Position Purpose:Provide technical service to customers including installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, and training.
Main Responsibilities:
- Install and commission equipment/machines.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues with customers.
- Recommend and perform upgrades, maintenance, or repairs.
- Train customers on operation and maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections.
- Maintain good customer relations and provide after-service support.
- Join company/manufacturer training to stay updated with new technologies.
- Share technical reports and daily summaries with supervisors or team members.
Other Tasks:
- Cooperate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with sales partners and distributors.
- Handle tasks assigned by the company or department.
