L2 Cloud Engineer- AWS (Windows/Linux)

Key Responsibilities Provide Level 2 operational support for Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (RHEL, Amazon Linux, Ubuntu)
Perform OS-level troubleshooting, service restarts, performance checks, and log analysis
Support Windows services (AD, DNS, GPO, WSUS) and Linux services (systemd, cron, filesystem, package management)
Handle incidents, problems, and service requests via ITSM tools
Support AWS services including EC2, EBS, S3, Systems Manager (Run Command, Patch Manager, Session Manager), and CloudWatch
Assist with instance provisioning, validation, start/stop, resizing, snapshots, and recovery activities
Support UAT and production readiness and BAU handover
Manage VPCs, subnets, route tables, and security groups
Support ingress/egress connectivity and Network Load Balancer (NLB) integrations
Troubleshoot network and firewall-related issues with network teams
Validate connectivity paths for Windows and Linux servers
