Define and continuously refine the LATAM portfolio strategy for Visual Products, aligned with business goals, customer needs, and market dynamics.Build and manage a portfolio roadmap (3–12 months), balancing growth opportunities, profitability, and operational feasibility across countries and channels.Drive portfolio governance and prioritization: what to scale, what to simplify, and where to invest to win.2.
