Job Description

Job Summary

In this role, you will manage the Singapore laboratory operation, lead, develop the laboratory team and contribute to the global laboratory initiatives and activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the local laboratory strategy (laboratory resource, laboratory budget and Capex plan), in accordance with the global site lab strategy and local site strategy, based on local and global sample volume demand forecast.

  • Lead laboratory operations: Manage the testing of all routine in-coming, & final release of materials & products
    Manage regular monitoring testing of cleanrooms & water systems.
    Manage all non-routine analyses requested by Production, Process departments & customers
    Support audits (internal and external)
