Lab Operations Executive (Sci MNC) - Up to 4K #HHL

Salary : Up to S$4,000/month

Working Hour : Mon-Fri, office hour

• Manage laboratory inventory and sample tracking activities
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and sample discrepancies
• Support billing, procurement, and vendor coordination
• Prepare operational reports and performance metrics
• Maintain laboratory documentation and SOPs
• Support audits, investigations, and compliance activities
• Drive process improvement and digitization projects

• Min. Diploma in a relevant discipline
• Experience in inventory, logistics, purchasing, billing, or laboratory operations preferred
• Prior experience in cGMP or ISO 17025 laboratory environment is advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management
• Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently
