Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily laboratory activities with inter department to ensure timely and accurate testing of raw materials, intermediates and finished products.
- Allocate tasks, set priorities and schedule to meet testing requirements and analytical needs. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to support plant operation.
- Provide Technical Guidance and review analytical results involving rubber (polymer), latex and instrumental techniques to ensure test methods are correctly applied and results meet quality and regulatory specification.
- Support and oversee method development, validation and modification of analytical methods to improve accuracy, robustness and efficiency or new projects from R&D.
