Lab Technician for Transportation Infrastructure

The Miller Group is looking for a Lab Technician to support transportation infrastructure projects in asphalt quality testing across NS and NB. Join a team committed to excellence.
This role entails executing a variety of quality control activities related to asphalt concrete and paving projects. You will be responsible for performing laboratory tests and field sampling, ensuring the integrity of road construction through diligent reporting and documentation. Applicants should be well-organized, possess effective communication skills, and be willing to work outdoors, including travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Undertake asphalt quality testing and reporting
• Execute compaction tests using relevant tools
• Provide troubleshooting support on QC/QA results
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Perform other tasks as assigned
