Lab Technician

We are seeking skilled Lab Technicians to join a reputed healthcare facility in Kuwait. The role involves conducting laboratory tests, analyzing samples, and ensuring accurate reporting to support patient care and medical research. Key Responsibilities Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on biological samples (blood, urine, tissue, etc.). Operate and maintain laboratory equipment (microscopes, centrifuges, analysers). Ensure compliance with safety and aseptic protocols. Record and interpret test results accurately in laboratory information systems. Assist doctors and medical staff with diagnostic support. Maintain proper documentation and follow ISO/NABL/CLIA standards. Requirements Requirements Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology Bsc MLT or equivalent. Minimum 23 years of experience in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory. Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment handling. Good communication and teamwork skills.
