**Lab Technician- Process Operations**
**Role Summary:**
The PREP Lab Technician plays a vital role in supporting post-reactor extrusion and processing (PREP) operations within an R&D laboratory setting. This position is responsible for executing a diverse range of experiments, operating advanced compounding and analytical equipment, and providing precise, reliable experimental data to drive innovative product and process development.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**1.** **Experimental Execution & Testing**
+ Perform polymer testing and sample preparation according to standardized methods.
+ Conduct compounding, extrusion, and fabrication trials (including injection molding, mixing, and compression) as outlined in PREP workflows.
