Job Description

Responsibilities
Represent clients in employment litigation, including discrimination, wage and hour, and wrongful termination cases.
Advise on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and handbooks.
Handle administrative proceedings before agencies such as the EEOC and DOL.
Provide guidance on workplace investigations and risk management.
Support clients in union negotiations and labor relations when applicable.
 
 Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active Georgia Bar license (or eligibility for admission).
3-6 years of labor and employment law experience.
Strong litigation skills and familiarity with employment regulations.
Excellent research, writing, and communication abilities.
