Handle a variety of labor and employment litigation matters for management-side clients

Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other key litigation documents

Support case strategy, legal research, factual development, and day-to-day matter management

Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and other litigation-related proceedings

Work closely with clients to provide thoughtful, business-focused legal guidance

Collaborate with experienced attorneys on complex workplace disputes and risk-sensitive employment issues

Manage deadlines and caseload responsibilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented practice
Qualifications
3+ years of litigation experience

Active Michigan bar admission required

Labor and employment law experience preferred

Strong academic credentials
