Laboratory Technician for Cell Prototyping (Vitoria-Gasteiz)

Job Description

CIC energiGUNE is searching for a laboratory technician for the Cell Prototyping group to engage in the research and development of new generation Li‑ion batteries.

Responsibilities

• Perform both routine and more complex experiments such as:
  • Inks formulation
  • Preparation of slurries and rheological characterizations
  • Laminates
  • Cell assembly
  • Cleaning the machinery and the tools of leftover material following safety procedures
  • Handling waste materials according to the established safety and environmental protocols
  • Electrochemical characterizations
• Participate actively in projects and support the group activity
• Support preparing reports or technical documentation
• Search and select new accessories according to the needs and possibilities
• Ensure the proper functioning of the equipment
