What you must have
- JD/LL.B. degree from an accredited law school
- BC and/or AB call
- At least 5 year call
- Experience in employment and labour legal practice; human rights and privacy experience desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional research and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in legal drafting and document review
- Advocacy experience in court, tribunal, ADR
- Ability to manage files independently and on budget, and to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Salary/Rate Range: $135,000.00 – $200,000.00
