Labour Relations Lawyer & Corporate HR Projects (El Vallés Oriental)

An important multinational group in the chemical sector, based in Vallés Oriental, needs to incorporate a Labour Relations Lawyer & Corporate HR Projects.

Reporting to the HR Group Director, his/her mission will be to ensure the correct management of labour relations by acting as an internal reference in terms of policies, processes and regulatory compliance, as well as leading strategic HR projects at a integral level.

Responsibilities

• To maintain a direct relationship with the Works Council and trade union representatives for the management of Labour Relations.
• Negotiation of agreements and social dialogue processes.
• Be responsible for the management of dismissals, retirements, attendance at CMACs and lawsuits in front of the Social Jurisdiction.
• Ensure Salary Records and Audits.
• Labor legal advice to internal clients.
