What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with civil and concrete construction activities including excavation support, backfilling, spreading, compacting, and concrete preparation
- Performing general labouring tasks such as shovelling, sweeping, raking, lifting, and carrying materials
- Preparing work areas, protecting assets, and helping set up and pack down sites
- Supporting mobile plant operations by acting as a spotter when trained and authorised
- Operating small tools and equipment safely (where trained)
