Job Description

ERM is hiring Land Agents across Yuma and Maricopa County Arizona to support pipeline and electric transmission project efforts. ROW Agents will be responsible for the acquisition of land, land rights, licenses, leases, permits and other documents necessary for the construction, operation and maintenance of facilities. This is a Full-Time, limited term role with a duration of 6 months, extendable field-based position.

Physical demands required for the successful performance of this job include standing and/or walking for long hours in a day on uneven and steep terrain, and possibly during variable weather conditions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct diverse and complex negotiations with landowners (or their designees).
  • Work on the settlement of complex damage claims with landowners (or their designees) relative to property damage caused or created during the construction.
