The Lac La Ronge Indian Band’s Education Department is now accepting applications for - academic year to fill the following full-time term position based out of the Youth Haven. The job will involve regular travel to our 4 communities/schools

LAND BASED CULTURAL INSTRUCTOR

The suitable candidate will be able to perform the following duties:

  • Work as part of a team with a passion for improving Woodland Cree Culture at all of our schools;

  • Work in collaboration with the CRU to develop and deliver Land-Based programming;

  • Liaise with the classroom teachers, community members and elders to plan for land-based learning;

  • Develop programming and activities for our children with guidance and inclusion of the CLCC, teachers, community members, Elders, program work...
