Job Description
Landlord Representation is one of the most established services offered by Colliers as the team accelerates their approach in representing building owners, in finding occupiers for the for the growth of their business. It’s more than just a space.
This dynamic team is looking for experts who can understand client businesses intimately.
Job Description:
- Client farming activities: cold calling and saturation exercises.
- Coordinating and conducting site inspections for clients.
- Secure additional landlord rep appointments.
- Work with market analyst group on submittals for clients. These will include but not be limited to project briefs, case studies, technical and financial due diligence analysis, and reports.
- Prepare and conduct pitches/presentations.
