Language Travel Consultant - Swedish Team (Barcelona)

We are currently looking for a Language Travel Consultant for our Swedish market, based in Barcelona.

Language Travel Consultant Responsibilities

• Achieves sales objectives by identifying customer needs through effective questioning and selecting appropriate products.
• Using product knowledge to identify sales opportunities and match the right product to clients’ requirements.
• Offering clients the product that corresponds to their needs and expectations through meetings and the various social media used by ESL.
• Maximizing all sales opportunities through customer interaction.
• Providing clients with assistance on visa requirements, travel arrangements and regulations, insurance obligations, etc.
• Assisting clients throughout all the steps of the sales process until the takeover of the CC.
