Director, HCC CA/LATAM Regional Lead

The Director, HCC CA/LATAM Regional Lead is responsible for leading and overseeing the Healthcare Compliance strategy and effective execution of the Compliance Program across the Canada and Latin America (CA/LATAM) region for DePuy Synthes. The CA/LATAM Regional Lead also serves as the Compliance Officer for the local market/cluster, providing end‑to‑end strategic and operational compliance leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the CA/LATAM Healthcare Compliance strategy in alignment with DePuy Synthes global compliance objectives.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to CA/LATAM senior leaders and local market/cluster stakeholders on compliance risks, mitigation strategies, and business decisions.
• Oversee compliance programs related to commercial, medical, and customer engagement activities across CA/LATAM markets.
