LatAm HR Generalist – Argentina | People & Compliance

The Nature Conservancy is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support HR operations across Latin America. This role is based in Corrientes, Argentina and requires fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese as well as advanced English proficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR experience and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local labor laws and implementing people programs to enhance employee engagement.
