LATAM HR Operations & Local Representative

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly capable and versatile LATAM HR Operations & Local Representative to join our growing team in Brazil. In this dual-capacity role, you will serve as the strategic and operational HR lead for our Latin America (LATAM) region—specifically covering Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Mexico—while simultaneously acting as our official local legal representative for our corporate entity registration in Brazil.

The ideal candidate will manage all end-to-end HR operations across the region, steer local administrative functions in Brazil, and ensure full legal and statutory compliance for our Brazilian entity. This is a critical role requiring a deep understanding of LATAM labor markets, corporate governance, and a hands-on approach to business operations.
