Latam Operations Coordinator, Rider - Teens

**About the Role**
We are looking for an individual with strong operational and analytical skills to drive Demand growth in Latin America.
In this role, you will be expected to analyze problems and scope opportunities, propose and execute solutions, gather results and iterate to drive Rider Growth.
You will work with teams across the region and will be expected to collaborate with stakeholders across the org to come up with initiatives to drive Rider growth and operational efficiencies.
This is a key position that can make a big impact on the business by continuing to innovate on how we acquire and engage new users in our region.
