Wella Company is seeking a PSC Leader for LATAM to oversee Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Benefits Administration across Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina. The ideal candidate will have 8–12+ years of experience in Payroll and People Operations, ensuring compliance and delivering high-quality service. You will lead a high-performing team and drive HR transformation initiatives.

This role requires strong stakeholder management and expertise in ADP payroll platforms. English proficiency is mandatory, and Portuguese is a plus.
