A renowned national mid-tier firm is seeking an experienced Law Clerk with a background in Property and Developments, to join their team, recognised as a leader in its field.

Working as part of a small team, supported with excellent resources, you will run conveyancing matters from start-to-finish on behalf of large-scale developers.

• Manage case files, including opening, closing, and maintaining records 
• Handle conveyancing processes from instruction to settlement
• Prepare legal documents, including contracts, certificates, searches, and settlement statements
