Our Cross-Border Regulations Legal team advises leading financial institutions on complex multi jurisdictional regulatory frameworks governing banking, asset management, wealth management and capital markets activities, as well as Insurance services. We operate at the intersection of law, regulation, business models and operational implementation, supporting clients across national borders throughout the full lifecycle of their activities.
We focus in particular on the licensing aspects when conducting financial services on a cross-border approach and advise financial institutions on how to service clients in offshore markets, distribute financial products spanning Swiss, EU and other international regulatory regimes.
