For the role of Associate Lawyer (Energy), you will be responsible for:
Liaising with the client throughout the duration of the transaction.
Drafting and negotiating Greek-law construction and supply agreements in both English and Greek.
Corresponding with all parties involved in a case, including clients, counterparties, lenders, foreign counsel, and technical experts.
Responding to complex queries and comments raised by clients and project funders.
