Key Responsibilities
Transactional & Advisory
Lead and advise on domestic and cross-border M&A, joint ventures, strategic investments, private equity and restructuring transactions
Drive deal strategy, structuring, negotiation, and execution
Act as the primary relationship partner for key clients
Ensure high-quality drafting, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance
