Lawyer of the Legal Department of the autonomous organization of education Nazarbayev University

The Lawyer performs the following duties and responsibilities:

• carrying out and ensuring legal expertise and/or approval and/or support of transactions (agreements, agreements, etc.) concluded by the University with third parties (except for those that are standard agreements or agreements with a simplified approval procedure, as well as transactions concluded by other legal entities on behalf of the University on the basis of relevant agreements) in the Supervised Areas;
• implementation of legal protection of property and non-property rights, as well as the legitimate interests of the University in the Supervised Areas;
• implementation of legal expertise/coordination of internal regulatory documents considered by the Managing Council, the Board of Trustees, the Supreme Board of Trustees, as well as documents approved by University officials (with the exception of documents for which there are no issues within t...
