Lay Ministry Staff (Youth Worker)

Lead, oversee and shepherd Charis Xciting Saints (XS 17‑22 years old) and JXS 13‑16 years old.

• Provide leadership, vision and direction for the XS youth ministry, its people, and programmes.
• Provide pastoral care and discipleship for youths, including pre‑believers and new believers.
• Oversee the direction and function of the XS core team.
• Disciple and train leaders, mentoring and empowering them to serve with calling and giftings.
• Oversee XS youth programmes such as small groups, combined sessions, Youth Camps and other youth events.
• Work with adult volunteers and parents in youth ministry efforts.
• Facilitate the transition of youth from XS to the Young Adults Ministry.

• Partner with JXS leaders to shape the vision and direction of the ministry.
