Job Description

- Drawing Preparation
- Carry out duties in line with the Company’s Procedures and Work Instructions.
- Perform elevator calculations used in drawing preparation using Schindler approved tools e.g. guide brackets / separator beams / pit and machine room loadings / compensation loads in pit
- Select the elevator components from Schindler TK’s, Product Line Component Specification and Engineering Centre pre-approved technical solutions.
- Check and sign own drawings
- Ensure that drawings are prepared and issued in line with target dates in the DO Planning Schedule.
- BIM Modelling and coordination
- Generates model content for documentation or other purposes to Clients’ requirement
- Uses BIM in coordination and interacts with project stakeholders to rectify errors
- Provide 2D drawing with CAD software
