• Track daily operational indicators, guiding team actions to meet targets.
• Support Commercial Team to enable new projects and apply client rate adjustments.
• Approve daily costs and workflows, including purchase orders, indemnities, personnel movements, and vehicle hires to maintain CPP, inventory and productivity targets.
• Lead regular meetings with the team to direct work, discuss metrics, share information, and stay informed of process changes.
